Order Dispatch
We strive to process and dispatch your order within three business days. However, if an item is unavailable for dispatch within this timeframe, we will notify you and provide the following options:

Partial Shipment: If certain items are unavailable, we will dispatch the available items immediately and send the out-of-stock items separately once they become available.

Hold Order: If you prefer, we can hold your entire order until all items are back in stock, and then dispatch it as a complete shipment.
In either case, we’ll keep you updated on the status of your order.
How Long Will My Order Take to Be Delivered?

Special Orders or Custom Products: Some special order items may require more time, and delivery for these products may take between 7-14 business days.
Please note that shipping times can vary depending on location and the specific product purchased.
Delivery Timeframes by Region

Metro Locations (Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, etc.): Delivery typically takes 3-5 business days for most orders.

Regional and Remote Areas: For some locations, especially in more remote areas, delivery can take up to 10 business days.

Dangerous Goods: Products such as paints, thinners, or any flammable items that are classified as "Dangerous Goods" can only be transported by road carriers. These items may take longer to arrive in remote areas and could take up to 10 business days. Metro areas generally receive them within 7 business days, and Sydney should see delivery within 3 business days.
Shipping Costs

Standard Shipping: Charges are based on the size and weight of your order. Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout, and you’ll have the option to review and approve before completing your purchase.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive an email notification with a tracking number and a link to track your order's journey. You can use this information to monitor the progress of your delivery.
Missed Deliveries
If you’re unavailable to receive your order, the carrier may leave a card with instructions on how to collect or reschedule your delivery. Please ensure someone is available to receive the goods, especially for high-value or bulky items.
